RETURNS POLICY

To return an item to us with DPD then visit https://dpd.ie/Returns#/ - no account is required.

Follow the simple instructions to print out your returns label at the cost of €8.60. This is a facility to have your returns collected directly from your home or work address by a DPD courier. Using this service carries a charge of €8.60 payable direct to DPD when booking your return.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We are happy to accept items returned to us, in resalable condition, within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We will refund your credit or debit card or PayPal account, once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after that date will be illegible for an exchange/credit.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition with all tags intact. Daverns of Cashel Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

  • All Items must be in an original, resalable condition.

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

  • If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product; therefore, any damage may result in the return being refused.

  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

In-Store Returns Terms and Guidelines:

  • Online orders can be returned in-store but must be accompanied by your Order Confirmation email which was received when you placed your order.

  • Exchange – Subject to the above return conditions the store can exchange a size, subject to availability, of a garment for another size in the same garment.

 

These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

 

WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT

We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging and use the same packaging for the return. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary. We will only refund delivery/postage costs if the return is determined as 'faulty' or as a result of our error.

We will inspect all items returned to us as 'faulty', and any items deemed to be subject to fair ‘wear and tear’ will not be accepted as 'faulty'. Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use a reputable courier service or choose the registered post option.
